This is a reservation request for a Custom Request! Maybe you have something entirely different in mind for your painting - maybe you want a human included, maybe you want one pet painted REALLY BIG. Maybe you want glitter. We got you!

Custom Requests work a bit differently. You will have to submit your ideas and Project details at Checkout. We’ll then review the request, and get in contact with you about a Work Agreement. There is a $100 USD Reservation Fee per custom request, and upon acceptance of the Work Agreement, a revised deposit and final invoice amount will be arranged.

If, for any reason, the artist is unable to fulfill the client’s art request, a notification email and Reservation Fee refund will be sent to the client. (Refunds take about 7-10 business days after the initial payment clears, depending on your financial institution and will be processed back to the same payment method used at the time of payment.)

Work Agreements are typically sent out within 24 hours of processing the Reservation. This is a binding contract between the artist and the client that describes all of the details of the project. It includes things like the agreed upon deadline, the materials used, the revision process, rights granted, and payment details. Once this is signed by both the client and the artist, this Reservation Fee/Deposit becomes Non-Refundable.

Once the final painting is completed, you’ll get a photo and a final invoice - which will include the shipping and handling, any applicable taxes, and additional materials. (For example: you request a frame, or additional material requests like oil paints, etc.) The Final Invoice must be Paid in Full by the Client before the original artwork is shipped and/or delivered.
